Joseph was not a U.S. Citizen. He had paperwork to legally work in the USA but needed a company to sponsor him. God was in the midst of this journey right from the beginning. He matched our client up with his Care Manager, Kim Williams. Kim straight away affirmed that God was bigger than the situation even though this was a big hurdle. Kim & Joseph worked together to determine what Joseph wanted to do for work, & they worked on preparing him for securing sponsorship.

Kim's faith in our Father certainly paid off. After working with Joseph & preparing him for getting a sponsor, Kim actually had a contact at church who might be able to help Joseph! Kim's contact worked at a company in Gainesville that might consider hiring Joseph. After this Gainesville company connected with Joseph, it worked out! They loved what he brought to the table & they offered him a job. Since Joseph's situation was more involved than just hiring, they are also and going to work through all the necessary paperwork to sponsor him.
