Donor Policy
Christian HELP is devoted to preventing homelessness by helping people find work while providing resources and offering spiritual encouragement.
We are grateful for the support of our donors. Without their investment, we would not be able to provide life- changing services to our clients who are experiencing unemployment and underemployment.
Donors to Christian HELP can expect their privacy to be protected. Personal information is never sold, traded, or shared with anyone outside our organization. We also maintain a practice of strict confidentiality of all donor transactions.
Donors to Christian HELP have the right to remain anonymous. Donors wishing to remain anonymous need only notify us in writing or via email (welton@christianhelp.org), and we will refrain from including a donor’s name in any of our public donor recognition lists.
Unless otherwise agreed upon by the donor and representatives of Christian HELP, all donations made will support the Annual General Operating Fund. However, donors to Christian HELP are entitled to know how their donation was spent. As such, requests need to be made in writing or via email to sara@christianhelp.org.
All donations made to Christian HELP will be acknowledged in a timely manner, and a receipt provided.
Donors to Christian HELP have the right to ask questions about programs, governance and finances, and have them answered in a prompt manner.
Christian HELP publishes an annual report. It can be found on the home page of the Christian HELP website at www.christianhelp.org.
